Minimum 2 night stay, 3 nights on long week-ends and 4 nights at Easter.

Single nights only accepted 48 hours before required date.  Must be booked direct.

Week-end Tariff - Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun                $210.00 per night (also public holiday rate)

Mid-week - Mon - Fri (based on 2 nights)        $185.00 per night  

Single night if accepted 48 hours prior to date      $195.00 (mid-week only)

 Terms & Conditions:

• PAYMENT:  50% non refundable deposit is required within 7 days to confirm booking; payment in full required  21 days prior to arrival.  If less than 21 days,  payment in full required within 48 hours to confirm booking.
• CANCELLATION:  The deposit may under certain circumstances be used as a credit toward a new booking to be completed within a 6 month period. No refunds apply for unused nights.  
• ONLINE BOOKINGS:  Cancellation charges differ for bookings made Online by credit card.  Refer to Terms and Conditions in that area.
• TRAVEL INSURANCE:  Policies may give cover under certain circumstances for cancellation.
